For several years, we’ve been working with Lessence De La Vie to elevate their digital presence and simplify the way clients access med spa services. During this collaboration, we redesigned their branding, streamlined the online booking process, and built a mobile app that lets users browse treatments, purchase memberships, and order skincare products—all from a single, easy-to-navigate interface.
Launching the app helped increase average revenue per user by making it effortless for clients to explore and buy med spa offerings. Lessence De La Vie now delivers a seamless experience—clients can control spending, apply membership discounts, and schedule appointments with just one tap. This single platform brings together all of their most popular services, giving customers instant access to treatments, product bundles, and special promotions.

Our initial task was a full rebranding and development of a mobile app to give clients seamless access to Lessence De La Vie’s med spa services. As they transitioned to a more customer-centric, multifunctional platform, users needed a way to view membership details, book treatments, and complete purchases at any time. The new app enables us to recognize existing clients, offer personalized memberships, and attract new customers through an intuitive, all-in-one experience.
